  3. VGA2EGA converts ANY viewable 320x200x256 pic or ANY COLOR GIF (with
  4. 32 colors or more) to EGA 320x200x16, 640x200x16, 640x350x16 or VGA/EEGA
  5. 640x480x16 up to 800x600x16.  Program features a unique color dithering
  6. algorithm resulting is superb flesh tones and detail using only standard
  7. EGA colors.  Outputs are saved as a GIF file or 4 PCX files for RGBI color
  8. plane separation.  VGA users can convert their 320x200x256 creations and
  9. present them with the closest possible rendition on systems that are
  10. EGA-bound.
